how to get there from SheKou ferry terminal ? which shopping area in SZ got a fixed price ?

Yes, you can purchase lady's stuff such bags , jewelry without bargaining at Dongmen pedestrian . From Shekou Ferry Terminal, you can take Shekou Line to the Window of the World, then transfer to subway Luo Bao Line and get off ay Laojie Station. Then walk to Dongmen pedestrian.
