how much is the ticket for bus from Beijing to Shenzen and how many hours go to

No direct bus from Beijing to Shenzhen in fact. You can take a train, which takes about 24 hours and the ticket fare is CNY720 for soft sleeper and CNY 467 for hard sleeper.
