is there any day trip from harbin to vladivostok

I am planning to visit the russia from Heilongjiang  Is it right the nearest city is shufen into Vladivostok?  Is the border crossing process messy and difficult for both ends?  What is there to see at Vladivostok?  Or is there any day trip from Harbin to Vladivostok?

It is Suifen that near to Vladivostok and you can ge into Vladivostok from Suifen.  It is not so messy and difficult to cross the border. Zolotoy Rog or Golden Horn Bay is nice for you to see. Some local tour agencies may provide the day trip to Vladivostok .
