How can I go to Splendid china from Best western felicity hotel

Hi, I want to go to Splendid China from Best western felicity hotel. Is there any direct transportation to the splendid china?
Can I combine the window of the world with splendid china tour in one day?

The hotel is near to Luohu station, so you can walk to Luohu station to take subway line 1 and get off at the Window of the World. After visiting it, you can walk to Splendid China . You can do this tour in one day.
