About:Chinese Embassy in Singapore

My mom is Indonesian, can she apply China visa in Singapore?

I am a resident permit in China, husband is working. My mother want to stay with me in china for 3 mths. Due to time constrain, can't apply visa in Indonesia, because we are leaving for Singapore soon.
Can we apply the visa for my mom in Singapore ?
She is Indonesia citizen, and does'nt holding any S'pore visa, etc.

Your mom can't apply China visa in Singapore because she doesn't hold any documents that entitle her to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP.

She has to apply China tourist visa (L visa) for family visit in Indonesia. Please bear in mind that the China Visa Application Service Center in Jakarta or Surabaya has been in operation, you or your mom has to submit application to the center.
