Tickets for the bullet train from Shanghai Hongqiao to Beijing South

Can I buy these tickets from the automatic ticket vending machines? What about providing ID as I read that all tickets are now "real name"? Thank you

The real-name tickets booking system is applied on all the bullet trains and high speed trains now. You could buy the high speed train tickets from Shanghai to Beijing from the automatic ticket vending machines. And the machine could identify the ID card.
