onwards travel from Shenzhen West Railway Station to Hong Kong (Tsim Sha Tsui)

Dear Sirs, my train is scheduled to arrive at around 3 pm at Shenzhen West Railway Station. From there, I want to travel to Hong Kong (Tsim Sha Tsui) immediately. I don't have much luggage, so I'm ok with using public transportation. What is the cheapest (and most efficient) way to get to Tsim Sha Tsui from the Shenzhen West Railway Station? Is there a bus that could bring me to a nearby MTR station. I am familiar with the Hong Kong MTR system, so as soon as I could get to one of their stations, I could find my way from there quite easily. Thanks for your help.
