Da Meisha and Xiao Meisha Scenic Areas are Shenzhen's two excellent bathing beaches. Xiaomeisha, resplendent with multicolored umbrellas, stretches for 1,000 meters (about 0.6 miles) and is noted for its clean bathing water. Da Meisha Scenic Area boasts Shenzhen City's longest beach which is 1.8 kilometers in length (about 1.1 miles). They are not far apart from each other.
From Laojie, you can walk to Dongmen outpatient clinic to take bus 103 and get off at Xiaomensha which is the last stop of the bus. The you can take bus 103B from Xiaomeisha to Dameisha.
