buying property in shenzhen

Question

Hi All,I am Indian citizen married to chinese national(girl).  We planned to buy one apartment in Shenzhen, china.My question is If I am on tourist/family VISA is it possible for me to put my name along with my wife in house contract. Property will be on name of my wife and myself.Since I am not much familiar about law in China, request you to provide your valuable response.Regards,Lucky

As I know, you could put your name on the  house contract. Valid passport and residence permit may be asked. Anyway, it is suggested that you ask a related lawyer for details.
