Buying Property in Shenzhen

Hi All,

I am Indian citizen married to chinese national(girl). We planned to buy one apartment in Shenzhen, china.

My question is If I am on tourist/family VISA is it possible for me to put my name along with my wife in house contract. Property will be on name of my wife and myself.

Since I am not much familiar about law in China, request you to provide your valuable response.
