Can I change to a F Business Visa in mainland or in Hong Kong I work in China now i have Z Visa

I have worked as a teacher in mainland China now for a year. I want to change my life style now and volunteer at a school on a F Business Visa, can I apply for one in the mainland or do I need to go to Hong Kong to change it, cheers.

You can try to obtain F Business Visa in the Mainland China, the school where you will volunteer to teach have to send you an invitation letter and help you to get F Business Visa.
