Do we need to apply for China tourist visa in Seoul if we want to visit for a week?

Do you mean to apply for a China visa in Seoul? if yes, you need to provide ARC valid for more than 6 months. If you do not have one, you may need to apply for a China visa in your home country, or apply in HK is an option.
