How to get visa for Hongkong?

I am traveling to Hongkong to attend a conference and I have all the detailed papers regarding registration, hotel booking etc. How many days will it take to get a visa for about 12 days to Hongkong?

You can submit your HK visa application to Chinese embassy in Nepal. Regular processing takes four working days. But it should be longer, about one month, if the connection with HK Immigration department is necessary.
