Is there a transportation I can access from The Beijing Hospitality Institute to downtown Beijing?

You can catch a taxi from the institute to Tiangongyuan Station of subway line 4 Daxing Line. Then take subway line 4 to the downtown area of Beijing.

there's also a bus that takes about the same amount of time (1.5-2 hours) and you can skip the taxi. but the school provides a shuttle bus to the school from downtown in the morning and back to the city in the evening. that bus only takes an hour, and it's nice
