What documents are required for 1st Renewal of Alien Employment & Residence Permit, Shenzhen

Hi,
Can any one tell me what documents are required for the 1st time renewal (means after expiry of the first original one) of the Shenzhen Alien Employment permit and Residence Permit? I would be working for the same employer.
Is a health check still required as for the first time?

The health check is still required as for the first time, the requirements for renewal of Alien Employment and Residence Permit are almost as same as the ones for the first time application.

In fact, your employer should help you to do it, you don't need to worry it
