Please when will be possible for a foreigner visit Tibet again? If already in China need VISA?

It is said that Tibet is closed to foreign visitor in the coming July, not very sure about the following situation.

Hi Alvaro I am going to Lhasa... this coming 28th is my arrival date and is confirmed by my travel agent. But pls do check with your local China embassy again.
