You can apply for a tourist visa to China, the required documents are:
1. One completely filled out visa application form. No item should be blank .

2. One recently taken 2X2 inch photo showing entire face and without a hat on. Please affix the photo to the application form.

3. Original passport with at least 2 blank visa pages and valid for at least 6 months beyond the date of application.

4. Round trip airline ticket and hotel reservation.

5. Non-Singapore citizens shall provide documents that entitle them to reside for an extended period of time in the Singapore, such as a PR, WP, EP, STP, DP.

There is no online application for tourist visa for foreigners working in Singapore, you need first book an online appointment through the website of China Visa Application Service Center in Singapore, then submit visa application to the center on the appointed date.
