Climate during that period is cold. Although temperatures flirt around 0C, it hardly snows or freezes, but the wind and humidity makes it rather unpleasant, a condition aggravated by general absence of heating systems and habit of leaving doors and windows open.
Pack clothes for remaining warm inside, wind and waterproof outside. If you're not there on a business trip, reschedule. ;-)0
