You can take a taxi from the airport to the hotel and the taxi fare is not too much.
In my experience, you can go to visit Senado Square, Ruins of St. Paul's Ruins, A-ma Temple, Macau Tower along the way. Then go to visit City of Dreams, Fisherman's Wharf and Venetian Hotel, St. Dominic's Church , Monte Fort , Guia Hill (cable car) and Night Markets for souveniers the next day. On the last day, you can go to visit Camoes Garden, Grand Prix Museum , Wine Museum and Galaxy Hotel . This is just a reference for you.
Well, please excuse me for not being able to remember all the bus numbers, but at all the tourist sites you will find boards with the appropriate buses listed. In a lot of cases there will be a number of different buses you could catch. Anyway, taxi is very easy to get when travelling in Macau and it is a nice choice for visitors.
