About:Shanghai Pudong Airport

Connecting from international to domestic in Shanghai Pudong Airport

I will be arriving from New York JFK on China Eastern at 7:30pm and connecting on China Eastern flight at 9:30pm to Guangzhou, both departing from Terminal 1. Will I have to re check-in my bags?

If you choose the Connecting transit service before boarding your flight in New York, you have no need to recheck-in your bags at Shanghai Pudong Airport.
