I want to go to Tibet from Yunnan, which city in Yunnan i should take train to Tibet ?

There is no direct train from Yunnan to Tibet currently. You should take a train from Kunming to Chengdu and then proceed to Lhasa. The train schedule could be searched on this page: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-trains/0
