You can take a bus or train from Hk to Guangzhou first, and then take a flight to Lhasa, Tibet. There is only one flight from Guangzhou to Lhasa daily, departing at 09:00. The bus ticket is around CNY100. The train ticket is about CNY83 for hard sleeper and CNY119 for soft sleeper. The air ticket is CNY4,500 for first class and CNY2,500 for economy class.0
