how to move my family to america.

Question

I' am an American citizen. Can we get a visa from you or do we need to go to Beijing to apply for these documents? Please any help with answers or places to apply will be very helpful and appreciated.thank you

Your wife need to apply for a visa to America from your embassy or consulate nearest her area of residence in China. Chinese embassy can not issue visa for this purpose. As I know US Immigration law is strict with Chinese, so, you'd better contact for detailed requirements.
