About:Policy for Foreigners with Immediate Family Living in China

family visa to china

i am indian national my wife from xuzhou china, i mostly stay with my wife and child,i want to stay long time here in xuzhou with my family, our marriage done in gulf 6 years ago,cerificate attested in gulf,
i love this city, please help

Did you register your marriage in China at your wife's local? if yes, you can apply for a family visit visa L or a residence permit at PSB as what stated above. This L visa and residence permit can be with duration for one year, and it can be extended before it expires.
