Can I apply for Chinese Tourist visa in Hong Kong or France?

Hello. My name is ANa Maria. I am Colombian. Currently I have an L Visa with 2 entries. I already used both and last time I entered China was May 11th. I can stay here for 30 days. Therefore, my visa will expire in June 10th. I know that I can extend it twice, until August 10th. After that I need to get a new visa to enter China again because I am planning to leave the last week of July to France and come back to China the first week of August. Can I apply for Chinese tourist visa again in France during my holidays? Or should I go to HK to issue a new visa? Thank you

Ms. Ana MAria, your visa will expire on June 9 rather than June 10. The stay duration is counted from the date of entry, May 11.

You'd better go to Hong Kong to get a new visa to return to Mainland China. In France, your application maybe denied because you don't reside or work in France.
