About:Chinese Consulate in Toronto

I live in Winnipeg. Can I apply for China visa in Ottawa instead of Toronto?

Sorry, sir, you need to submit your visa application to Consulate General of China in Toronto. But you can entrust others to handle this if you can not go there in person.
