transfer from t1 domestic to t2 international shanghai

Question

I arrived at PVG T1 (from Dalian) at 17:30 and board United Airline (T2) at 20:10 to LA.  I will need to pickup luggage at T1 and checkin at T2 also.Please tell me the best and quickest way to transfer from T1 to T2.    How long it normally take in Monday?Can any airport personal help us make the transfer quicker?     I remember last time

After arriving in the connected concourse and passing through the immigration check, you can go to claim your luggage and then take the regular bus through special roadway from T1 to T2. Then get your boarding pass for your interantional flight and recheck in your luggage, then waiting for your flight at the departure hall. Generally, three hours to process the transfer is enough.
