My daughter leaves early tomorrow for a 5 week study abroad program, most of the time staying at the Hunan Normal University at Changsha. She departs via the Beijing airport.

A little confused. Would she like to rent a cell phone at Beijing Capital Airport or Shanghai Pudong Airport? In fact, she could bring her phone into China and then rent a sim card for use. The rental should not be reasonable at airport.
