Which Hotel to stay in Hongkong?

We are either staying at Renaissance at Wanchai or Marriott at Connaught Road. Which hotel is more accessible to kwoloon area ( eg: Mongkok, Tsim Tsai Tsui, Lan Kwai Fong) ? What is the preferred mode of transport to Disneyland from the hotel ?

Renaissance is near to Wan Chai MTR station, while Marriott is near to Admiralty MTR station. I think Marriott is better, since both HK MTR tsuen wan line to Mongkok and Tsim Tsai Tsui and island line to Lan Kwai Fong at Central pass by admiralty station. To Disneyland, you can just take island line to central, walk to Hong Kong station through the underground tunnel to take tung chung line to sunny bay, and then transfer to disneyland resort line.
