About:What to Pack for a Tibet Travel

I am planning to go to Lhasa in sept. Is weather good then? Any kind of festivals going on?

In September, the temperature is 7-20C. It's possible to meet night rains, but it is usually cool and clear at day time. The traditional Bathing Festival and kites Festival just fall in September.
