About:China Visa Exemption

Do I need China Visa to Shanghai?

I am a Philippine national and residing here in Tokyo, Japan as a Permanent Residence. I'm planning to visit Shanghai, and I'm just wondering do I have to get a Visa?

yes, you have to get a visa to Shanghai. You are Philippines passport holder rather than Japan passport holder.
