I'm a Norwegian citizen but born Sri Lankan, can I get my China visa in Sri Lanka?

You can apply for China visa in Sri Lanka if you were born in Sri Lanka. You need to have the below documents
1. filled visa application forms of People's Republic of China (Form V.2011A and Form V.2011B)
2. one passport photo
3. official invitation letter from Kunming foreign affairs office (exhibition organizor should send the original copy of official invitation letter to you)
4. round-trip flight tickets booking

official invitation letter from Kunming foreign affairs office is the most important document for visa application, without it, your application will be denied.

i am a sri lankan who wants to travel to china on holiday. Is it sufficient that I submit my hotel reservation and airticket along with my application form. Is this sufficient for the visa? I have been informed that you need an invitation from china. I do not know anyone in china to get such document.
