help me with Beijing transportation

hello!
please help me with the following:

1. how will i get to Summer Palace from Jade Hotel? what's the fastest but cheapest way? how much?
2. How will i get to Lama temple from Summer Palace? what's the fastest but cheapest way? how much?
3. How will i get to the Beijing Hutong Tour (hiring the rickshaw) from the Lama Temple? what's the fastest but cheapest way? how much?

i will be staying in jade hotel located in No. 5 North Zhide Alley, Beiheyan Street, Beijing, China ( near Wangfujing and Forbidden City)
