Chinese embassy in Bangkok is located at 57, Ratchadapisake Road, Bangkok. You can go on their working days in the morning from Monday to Friday. The required documents you need to provide are your original passport valid for more than 6 months, photo stuck to application form, Thai visa or residence permit if you are a foreigner living or working there. Better provide round-way tickets and hotel bookings in China if possible. For visa fee, you can refer to https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/thailand.htm
