About:Beijing Travel

Touring Temple of Heaven on our own

Temple of Heaven is not included in our tour. So I was wondering what specific area in the Temple should we go see and since there are many ticket types available, what type should we buy? Thanks!

The most magnificent buildings are The Circular Mound Altar (Yuanqiutan), Imperial Vault of Heaven (Huangqiongyu) and Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest (Qiniandian) from south to north. You can buy the Combination Ticket (including The Hall of Ceremonial Music, The Hall of Abstinence, The Hall of Prayer for Good Harvests, The Circular Mound Altar and The Echo Wall).
