The embassy in Beijing open on weekdays from Monday to Friday. But it will be closed on 28th May for Chinese holiday. You can go in the morning at 09:00, and you'd better contact them at (86-10) 6566 1149, 6566 4299, or 6566 2564 if you need further information.
