Can New Zealander get Z visa from Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka?

Hi,

I am a New Zealand citizen currently in Sri Lanka on a tourist visa with my husband who is Sri Lankan. I have documents coming to enable my husband, daughter (Kiwi) and I to apply for a Z visa. Can New Zealanders get a Z visa in Sri Lanka.

Thanks

Generally, the Chinese embassy in Sri Lanka only accept applications from Sri Lankan, or foreign applicants who live and work there. But you can have a try since your husband is Sri Lankan.
