do people have difficlty breathing in Shangrila,because of the altitude ?

What is the altitude of Shangrila ?
I'm planning to visit Shangrila in September this year and heard about people having difficulty breathing because of the altitude
Is it true?

The average altitude there is about 3280m. Some people may have difficulty breathing because of the altitude. Anyway, It depends on the personal health condition.
