Hello there! If you will go to a third country or region instead of the last one you come from after staying for less than 24 hours in Sanya, you may be able to make use of the 24 hour direct transit, and then you don’t need to apply for an entry permit. However, just to be sure, you are advised to confirm that with the cruise ship company.
