Tibet Travel Permit

I would like to travel to Lhasa. I am right now in Kunming, and am hoping to arrange a TTB Permit. Do you know anywhere in the city that can help me with this?

For foreign travellers, you should join in a travel group to visit Tibet, and the travel agency could help you to deal with the permit.
