things to do in hongkong?

my freinds are travelling fron uae to hongkong and then to Philippines,with 7 hours of stopover,what are the places you can suggest that we can visit in hongkong with that span of time?!!

I have to say, time is really tight. You'd better stay at the airport. The airport is quite big and there are many shops in there.
