arrival Hong Kong by Emirates on 2011-09-18 at about 09:30 pm - can someone tell me how to go Macau at this time (booking link if....?  Thanks in advance

There is no direct transport from HKIA to Macau for your use at that time. Upon arrival, you could take the Airport Express train to its terminal at Hong Kong station firstly in 30 minutes. And then follow the directions walking to the nearby Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal, where you could take a ferry to Macau in one hour. You may book the ferry ticket in advance via its offical website of TurboJET (http://www.turbojet.com.hk/eng/home/index.asp)
