Zhuhai visit

Hi, I would like to visit Zhuhai in November with my spouse who is not so healthy (we are retirees) & need advice on :-
1) Could I fly to HKg Int'l airport and take a ferry service directly from the airport to Zhuhai ?
2) Do I need to retrieve my luggage and check out at the immigration before proceeding to the ferry service terminal ?
3) What is the process ? I called SIA today and they are unable to provide any information ?
4) As a Singaporean, do I need to have a visa to visit Zhuhai ?
5) Is it a good timing to visit Zhuhai in November ? Cool weather ?
Any additional pointers will be greatly appreciated.

1. Yes, from Hong Kong Airport, you could take a ferry to get to Zhuhai directly in one hour.
2&3. You just have to collect your baggage upon arrive in HKIA, and then proceed to board on the ferry to Zhuhai. No need to go through immigration in Hong Kong. Finally arrive in Zhuhai, you should go through immigration and customs.
4. With valid Singapore passport, you are exempted from visa to visit Zhuhai.
5. There is no real chill days here so you could take easy. In Nov., a thin sweater will be enough.
