Cruise: Details such as 'day or night', duration , price of ticket, is it inclusive of meals? Are western meals available?Fountain Amusement Park: Opening and closing time, price of ticket, what rides are available?

There are both day and night cruises (10:30 and 19:30) and the price is about 80RMB per person, exclude meals. You should pay for the meals. The park is free to enter the fountain usually starts at 7pm, lasting 20 minutes. So, that is the best time to see there.
