How can I go to Tai Shan and Qufu on my own?

I like to to Tai Shan and Qufu on my own, taking the train if possible, from Jinan. Please advise train number. I like to stay in Tai Shan for two to three days, and one day at Qufu.

There are nearby 50 trains everyday from Jinan to Taishan, including some bullet trains. It takes 40-50 minutes. From Taishan to Qufu, there are only three trains: K51 at 06:06, K8281 at 09:03 and K8271 at 17:52 and arrive Qufu 1.5 hours later.
