Working in South Korea and need a China Visa

Hi, I am currently working in South Korea but I am a South African Passport holder. Can I apply for the visa in South Korea? If so, where do I apply?
I intend on visiting China for 10 days, what documents would I need?
Many thanks

If you want to apply for a China visa in South Korea, you are required to provide ARC valid for more than 6 months, and through a travel agency appointed. Other basic requirements are passport, application forms with photo, round-trip ticket, hotel reservation and travel itinerary.
