If you are living or working in Spain with a NIE, you can apply for a China visa in Madrid. Otherwise, you may need to apply in UK where you reside. The address of Consular office: C/Josefa Valcárcel 40, 1a planta 1, 28027 Madrid, Spain. (Sectión Consular de la Embajada de China). Office hour is from 09:00 to 12:30 Monday to Friday. Other basic requirements are your original passport, application form for China: both V2011A and V2011B and photo.
