About:Ancient Chinese Marriage Custom

I would like to ask, me and my bf plan to get marry next yr on September 2012 (chinese ceremony)

but we think if we can register 1st on this year 11.11.11 ?
Is it good to do like that in chinese? or gotto wait until after chinese ceremony only register?

November 11, 2011? It is a friday and you can register on that day. I can not sure if you can be the first one because I guess many people have the same thoughts. So, you will go there much earlier and line up. If you can be the first on the line, you are the first on that day.
