Transportation mode Hangzhou Airport - Shanghai

What are the best direct transportation mode (without taking any cabs) from the Xioshan International Airport to the Shanghai? What are the possible routes available for me to explore? Is taking the shuttle bus more convenient that the high-speed train? Thanks.
