I want to travel from Uganda to Shenzhen where do I land

what is the distance from Hongkong to Shenzhen.

You are not required visa to HK for 30 days, but you need to apply for a China visa in advance through Chinese embassy in Uganda to visit Shenzhen according to your visit purpose.
Hong Kong and Shenzhen are neighbours. Pass through the border between them, you will get into one from the other.
