tour arrangement from beijing to shanxi for three days？

I will be in Beijing in the beginning of April and it a must that I see the city in the mountains. Who can I contact to make the arrangements to get from Beijing to Shanxi, tour for 3 days and get back to Beijing ? Also, is there more then one city built into the mountains ? Thank you
